We pride ourselves in the training each guard receives, which is to the highest international standard - British Security Industry Authority (SIA). At DPS we see this requirements as the minimum required standard. To that end we employ our own internal training team approved by C&G to constantly monitor, train and refresh all of our staff to ensure each person we employ always receive latest training.

Every single DPS guard passes maximum security screening and then must undergo and pass our detailed general and specific in-house training course before being deployed. They are then briefed on our clients’ specific requirements and are familiar with the risks associated with that premises.

All our guards are smartly dressed in our distinctive uniform and carry ID and are equipped with the latest technology and communications.

All our Security Guards are continuously supervised by expat and local managers to ensure that the highest of standards are being maintained. We encourage client feedback to continuously improve. Our Expat and Local Managers are always available to listen to our customers.
